Buddy Nudges
How To Use
AI Has Chosen. No Refunds. No Returns.
Buddy’s Little NudgesTM is a reusable set of 40 motivational cards offering encouragement, perspective and reflection—with a playful streak from Buddy, our crowned robot companion. Some nudges invite you to get moving: “Bosh. Get the job done.” Others offer a different viewpoint: “You’re not lost. You’re exploring.” And some leave you with something to think about: “A good question can change a life.” Pick a nudge from the supplied bag or a bowl, read it and see what it means to you today.
1
Pick a Nudge
Keep your nudges in the supplied bag or a bowl. Pick one when you want a little motivation, a fresh perspective or a moment to reflect.
2
Read Your Nudge
Read the words and take a moment. Does your nudge prompt a small step, a different way of looking at things or a question worth considering?
3
Keep It Close
Keep your nudge somewhere you’ll notice it again. When you’re ready, return it to the set for another day.
Ways To Use Your Nudges
There’s no single right way to enjoy your nudges. Make them part of your day in whatever way suits you.
1
Start Your Day With One
Pick a nudge in the morning. It might offer encouragement to get started, a fresh thought or simply something to smile about.
2
Keep One Close
Choose a card you want to come back to and keep it nearby. You don’t need to pick a different one every day.
3
Share a Moment
Read a nudge with someone you love. Enjoy the words together while keeping the cards as part of your set.
